Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing

Nine-year-old Peter Hatcher has his problems; not least, a baby brother called Fudge who seems determined to cause as much trouble as is humanly possible. With Fudge around nothing is safe. But then Peter wins Dribble, a tiny green turtle, and he decides that enough is enough. Dribble is one thing that Fudge isn't going to get his hands on.
