@[email protected] The University of Pittsburgh maintains a list here: sites.pitt.edu/~dash/slavic.html I've not historically read as much about them in English, so I don't have a ton of personal recommendations, but I do know that's the list people who read in both English and a Slavic language tend to like!
The biggest thing that bothered me was that some of the "fantasy" terms are just real words or names of mythical figures, and if you know what they mean they're spoilers! Right there in the book! I still got sucked into the story, but was kinda disappointed about that part.
