I started this over again in late August, so this isn't the furthest point in I've read, but I lost track of where I was before that.

I might circle back to this later but I really stopped enjoying it around the 40% mark.

I'm going to try to prioritize this one in January after another rec from a friend!

I'm reading this with a group, so it's a little slower going, but it is taking SO much willpower to not just fly through it.

I was really hoping this would have a review of some fundamentals with useful exercises to help me reidentify my current work-related values as I look for my next job. Unfortunately, the exercises aren't super novel, it is more anecdote than fundamentals, and they've skipped over so many critical aspects of business in the interest of painting a rosy picture that I'm going to DNF at 37%

This took a bit of a chaotically long time, because I'd heard it could stand alone, started the prologue, and decided by the end of it that I wanted to read the whole series, so I paused at the point where the flashback ended and read the first two books before circling back to finish this one.

I started reading this without having read the others, and by the end of the prologue I knew I had to read the full set. I paused and set this aside, read the two prior books, and am back up to here now, picking up where I left off. Very excited to see where this one goes!
