This is much more of a workbook than the title implies; even with the note in the description that "Each chapter ends with guided meditations and exercises" I really hadn't anticipated the percentage of the book they would comprise. It's not bad that there's so much interactive content here, but it's certainly slowing me down because it drastically decreases the number of times/places I can make progress through the book.
