This was great, but is meant to target kids to can start cooking with help, which is a little older than the kids I'm currently trying to find books for. Considering setting myself a reminder to come back in two years, though!
This book seems to be targeting children who haven't been to the library yet and are getting ready to go for the first time, but the vocabulary targets a more experienced reader than ideal for a first library visit. If a child has made it to early grades without going to the library, this would be great.
